Apartment Reservation Agreement: Applicant has deposited a reservation fee of $ _______ in consideration for owner's taking the dwelling unit off the market while considering approval of this application. If application is approved by owner and the lease is entered into, the apartment reservation fee will be credited to the required surety bond/security deposit. If applicant is approved, but fails to enter into the lease, the apartment reservation fee may be retained by the owner in consideration for the owner having taken the apartment off the market. The reservation fee shall only be refunded if application is not approved. This application is preliminary only and does not obligate the owner or owner's agent to execute a lease, deliver possession of the proposed premises or release keys.
